I had two gold necklaces with pendants, one that I wore all the time and was tiring of and one that I never wore. With that in mind, and because I have had good experiences with the Bauble Patch in the past, I went to see if they could help.  | Sheryl & Paul, Comstock Park, MI My wife Sheryl was unable to find a Grandmother's ring to her liking, so I decided to design one for her. We have three Granddaughters but I also wanted the ring to reflect my wife's Irish heritage. I decided a shamrock ring would best do that and also allow the addition of our Son's birthstone at the base of the stem. We had purchased some items and had repairs done to our satisfaction at the Bauble Patch so we decided to start there. We were immediately greeted by Lisa who showed instant enthusiasm for the project. She quickly grasped our vision, and using their jewelry design graphics program had the basics up on the screen in no time. It was then a simple matter for her to move the position, size, and color of the stones for best balance. That initial rendering was then touched up in 3-D and what appeared to be a beautiful photo of the finished ring was e-mailed to us for approval. Since it was perfect, it was followed up by a wax model that was in itself a work of art. Sheryl's parents generously gave the rings they exchanged at their wedding for the gold settings. Several years ago, I lost a very near and dear family member to cancer. Among his private possessions was a man's diamond ring. When the time was right, I decided to reset the diamond in a personal ring for myself, reusing the gold from his setting. Trina met with me and patiently helped me pick out the perfect setting for the European cut diamond. Trina was very sweet and supportive when I arrived to pick up the finished ring.
